Product Description :
Our light tuna chunks and fillets are handcrafted in the northern region of Portugal, Aveiro. The Aveiro region is located very close to the Atlantic Ocean and is known as a fishing village. The type of tuna used is skipjack and is caught in the central eastern Atlantic Ocean. Skipjack tuna is a small fish, so it contains less mercury than larger fish. Also, we use only high-quality olive oil to complement the natural taste of the tuna.
Directions for use :
The ways to use tuna are endless. We can add it to salads, make sandwiches, or simply serve it as a main course with vegetables, using our quality olive oil and adding vinegar or lemon juice. Let your imagination run wild!
